Greetings! This is the Sonnet format section of the website. Each sonnet is divided into a class of tone, whether it is positive in nature, neutral, or negative. Each one has a certain purpose or message, and I must advise that you look at each with an open mind. To judge my character or personality solely on ANY of these or even ALL of them is to be very narrow minded and bluntly, stupid. Please enjoy my work, and otherwise have a good day, thanks! ~ Vin. |

Positive Gaze Transcend the binding of physical lies, Bring yourself upon the mantle of love, Dare to venture across the mysteries, Gaze into the eyes of your precious dove,
When star-crossed lovers lock divinity, Their sweet connection of binding embrace, How might such courage find serenity, Perhaps through personally claimed grace,
While bound in reverence of their merit, Two lovers enchanted by each-other’s touch, Not simply with their sheltered spirit, But connected by an eternal clutch,
Release your vision into the soul’s gate, Take yourself into life’s deepest intimate.
Infinite
Dreaming of a realm everlasting, Held in wonder of own imagination, ‘Tis a lush idea worth encouraging, Regardless if it’s a false sensation,
People have convinced themselves of various things, Even if many before hath contradicted, The beauty divine is something that quietly sings, Rejoice in song before it is convicted,
As a society our flaws run unbroken, Our narrow thinking jeopardizes possible
immortality, This will remain as such until we enlighten, A remarkable effort needed to break our immorality,
We must band in unison in order to transcend, Or suffer great consequence in the final end.
Valentine
Dawn of admiration and love sublime, Regardless of time’s serendipity, The boundaries of cruel time and space, Lest there be no secret opposition, |
Neutral Eternally Bound Two souls eternally bound, Coldly divided by their distance, Left waiting for answers kept unfound, Still harshly hindered by nature’s resistance, Drawn together by an emotional link, Even without their physical touch, Getting closer every time they think, Yet torn apart by each-other’s clutch, They act as a mirror upon stars colliding, For they are fixed upon a cosmic demise, Pulled together by their natural being, Let their blazing inferno illuminate the skies, One day they will combine, Their beginning and end will eternally shine. Habitual Desires They come and stay at their desire, Making a routine of their host, Becoming stronger than a blazing fire, Cooking and burning like a volcanic coast, Flexible and hard to break at will, Some are bad and others are worse, Not all are harmful but some can kill, The bold are blind to their corrupted course, Of whom which are bound so unwise, Let us bow our head in thought of a savior, Prevent yourself from such wretched demise, For you there is hope for the prior, May arms hold out to you without cost, There is great fear of what could be lost. Cheaters Never Prosper A sinful dismay of a passionate lust, To fall with ruin a future of scorn, Demolished in chaos and left to rust, Made to burn in heartbroken mourn, The greater of each then flourishes, The lesser of each soon reminiscent, An act of regrettable wishes, A past left for their punishment, Both united in deeds of misfortune, Held accountable of much destruction, Together forever united under the moon, Forever hoping for redemption, One life to live and soul to defend, Who knows how it will end. |
Negative Inevitable Beholden unto that of your dear anticipation, Keep in memory those who bring joy and laughter, Prepare for a world of new obligation, Acknowledge the reality and expectation of broken future, There will be a moment of great change, A conflagration will rest sleepily upon the Earth, It is an inevitability drawing closer into range, This has been planned much prior to your birth, Tragedy will rise when it all comes crashing down, Many great minds have coordinated this destruction, There is only one option other than drown, For we must wait and brace for personal execution, Stand fast and hold tight to your deepest tears, Stay strong and expect the sum of all fears. Confliction It is here in which great men are born, Find peace – we do not in such circumstance, Does the supernatural find this enjoyable, What good is life that goes into question, Hopeless Do not pursue those who seek not in return, Fall not for the ignorance of the hopeful, Be gone – foul reality of misfortune, Why should any resist this defeat, Deathwish Violent fury of which Hell hath not, My blade will meet your neck, Be slain by my anger, From here on out live in dread, (Dedicated to abusive parents. Fortunately I have had loving parents, but have known of far too many to the contrary.) |
