Neutral Falling You tripped me and I fell, You say my love is not in you, But only in the ground, Now I see that this must be true, Walk on it you have always done, Without care you spit all over, When you dig down deep it's to abuse, For when I landed my heart broke, Laying on the frozen earth, The place in which my love is held, You stomp on it when your angry, You ignore it when you run away, You never feel it's warmth, Cause you never go deep enough, For within my core I am alive, On the outside I begin to die, You tripped me, I fell, And you never caught me. (Poem has double meaning.) |
Negative Red Knife Slowly moving across my skin, Cutting deep into my veins, Etching a Red trail of defeat, Stained with red; shallow tears, Soaked with the blood wielded by my hand, The blade cuts deeper - I fall further, My pain - My sorrow - it all fades away, Along the blade lay memories, Within each drop of blood, Nothing but hurt, And when the knife stops, The pain will end, Along with my life, The blood will fall, Unto the floor, For I now end it all.
